Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to support the growth of our recruitment and HR services business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, building professional relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Promote recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions to companies across various industries.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand hiring requirements and present suitable service offerings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and client inquiries to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related role.
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, HR consultancy, or B2B service industry is preferred.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the UAE business environment is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to develop a career in business development.
