Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and develop strong relationships with platform partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within corporate services, fintech, or professional services.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and client communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
  • Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management, including the use of CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to develop tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage end-to-end deal cycles with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and to take ownership of revenue and growth targets.
