Fioreva Studio is a creative branding and marketing studio offering strategic marketing, branding, and content services to businesses across different sectors.

We focus on building long-term client relationships and sustainable growth.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can actively generate new business opportunities, manage incoming leads, and close deals.

This is a full-cycle role.

You are responsible for turning opportunities into signed clients.

This role involves both generating new business and closing deals.

You will be responsible for the full client acquisition cycle.

We are not looking for someone who waits for leads.

We are looking for someone who creates them and closes them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across different industries
  • Proactively reach out to companies, brands, and businesses to acquire new clients
  • Handle all incoming leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries
  • Communicate directly with clients (calls, messages, and meetings)
  • Analyze client presence (branding, social media, digital presence) and propose relevant solutions
  • Present Fioreva’s services in a clear, confident, and professional manner
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients
  • Convert leads and opportunities into confirmed, signed clients
  • Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized and active sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Continuously seek new ways to grow the company’s client base
  • Coordinate with the account management team after closing deals to ensure smooth handover

What This Role Requires

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in handling clients and leading conversations
  • Ability to sell services, not just explain them
  • Self-driven mindset with high initiative
  • Ability to handle pressure and targets
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition is a plus

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: 4500 – 5000 QAR
  • Commission (Performance-Based):
  • 1. 5% – 7% below 80,000 QAR (based on performance evaluation)
  • 2. 15% upon reaching 80,000 QAR in generated revenue
  • 3. 20% upon reaching 150,000 QAR in generated revenue
  • 4. 25% upon reaching 200,000 QAR in generated revenue
  • 5. 30% upon reaching 280,000 QAR and above

Note

Commission is unlocked based on achieved performance levels and is calculated on the full generated revenue within each level.

Partial performance below target may be rewarded at management discretion based on effort and deal quality.

This is a performance-driven role.

Your income grows with your results.

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a fixed-salary position without performance expectations.

  • Hiring will be finalized within the upcoming week.
  • This position is open only to candidates currently based in Doha Only.
