Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager responsible for the execution and daily management of client accounts.
This role is strictly focused on publishing, scheduling, coordination, and account handling.
It does not involve content creation, marketing strategy, or creative direction, as these functions are handled by dedicated team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily social media activities across assigned client accounts
- Schedule and publish approved content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Maintain structured and up-to-date content calendars based on approved plans
- Ensure all content is published accurately and on time according to the agreed schedule
- Coordinate with content and design teams to receive finalized and approved deliverables
- Review content before publishing to ensure accuracy and alignment with the approved plan
- Monitor account activity, engagement, and basic performance metrics
- Respond to messages and comments when required
- Actively manage account interactions (comments, DMs, and relevant engagement)
- Follow up internally to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Support client communication related to publishing, scheduling, and updates
- Monitor and follow up on paid advertising campaigns related to assigned accounts
- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns are aligned with approved content plans and schedules
- Track basic campaign performance and report relevant insights
What This Role Requires
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or account handling
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite or similar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Clear communication and coordination skills
- Reliability and consistency in execution
Salary
will be discussed based on experience
