Al Ruwad Real Estate is expanding its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) division and is seeking a

high-caliber Business Development Manager

to drive strategic growth.

This is not a traditional sales role.

It is a

high-value, relationship-driven position

focused on securing development projects by engaging with

landowners, investors, and developers

.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building trust with decision-makers, and converting them into long-term project partnerships.

This role offers direct exposure to

high-value real estate developments

and the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in the market.

1. Client Acquisition & Strategic Growth

  • Identify and engage with:
  • Landowners

  • Small to mid-scale developers
  • Generate and convert opportunities into PMC projects

2. Land & Opportunity Sourcing
