  • **【Position Summary】**This role serves as a key engine driving the company's business expansion. You will focus intensely on **"Relationship Building and Partner Acquisition"**, with the primary responsibility of establishing, growing, and maintaining a high-performing network of referral partners across Dubai—including family offices, corporate service providers, real estate brokerages, licensed agents, and private bankers—who will introduce qualified clients to our platform.This position is heavily focused on front-end market exploration and connection building; therefore, you are not required to be a product expert. The company provides a comprehensive support ecosystem (including structured onboarding, marketing collaterals, intelligent quoting tools, and a complete knowledge base) to equip you with everything needed to initiate business conversations confidently. Once you successfully onboard and bring in a partner, our dedicated team of experts will handle the closing of deals and ongoing client fulfillment.
  • 【Key Responsibilities】
  • **Channel Development & Acquisition:** Proactively identify, approach, and onboard qualified channel partners within Dubai’s financial and real estate ecosystems.
  • **Relationship Management:** Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners and serve as their first point of contact.
  • **Establish Priority Institutional Accounts:** Build and manage a strategic portfolio of priority institutional accounts while concurrently driving open-market partner development.
  • **Lead Handover & Coordination:** Seamlessly hand over qualified partner referrals to our closing and fulfillment teams, and ensure partner relationships remain warm post-onboarding.
  • **CRM & Target Achievement:** Maintain precise and real-time partner activity records within the company CRM, and consistently achieve monthly partner acquisition targets.

【Requirements & Work Experience】

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or relationship management within Dubai's real estate, banking, wealth management, corporate services, or family office sectors.
  • **[Strong Advantage]** Possession of an active, accessible local professional network in Dubai is highly preferred.
  • **[Highly Encouraged]** Current or former private bankers and RERA-licensed real estate agents are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to actively learn and successfully complete our structured product certification training during the onboarding period.
