Business Development Manager - Bayut Studios
About This Role
Bayut Studios is a specialized PropTech and 3D production studio dedicated to the real estate sector. We deliver high-impact visuals through photorealistic 3D renderings, immersive animations, interactive virtual tours, digital twin sales engines, online sales platforms, and other cutting-edge visualizations / proptech solutions that transform how properties are showcased and sold.
As the Manager of Business Development for Bayut Studios, you will drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and overall business expansion in the KSA market. This is a senior-level role requiring extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a proven ability to cultivate high-value client relationships and exceed sales targets. Success in this position will be measured by the growth of Bayut Studios' client base and revenue, achieved through business development strategies and consistent performance against targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Account Penetration : Secure direct access to high-level decision-makers (Development Directors, CEOs, Project Directors, Heads of Digital/Marketing). Open and manage relationships with tier-1 developers, giga projects, government and semi-government entities, as well as master planners, PMCs, and consultants influencing mega projects. Position Bayut Studios as a long-term strategic partner.
· Sales & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote Bayut Studios' creative services (e.g. architectural animations, video production, VR experiences, PropTech solutions) in KSA, identifying and securing new business opportunities. Target and engage high-value senior clients to expand the studio's client base in the region.
· Revenue Growth & Partnerships: Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by driving sustainable sales growth. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance market presence and create long-term business opportunities. Leverage your network and relationships to unlock new leads and partnerships across the Saudi real estate landscape.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Understand client needs and pain points, and propose tailored creative solutions that address their requirements. Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service, timely follow-ups, and value-added consultation.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and fulfillment of client expectations.
· CRM & Sales Forecasting: Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
· Market Insight & Business Expansion: Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts in Saudi Arabia's real estate sector. Monitor emerging technologies and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for Bayut Studios.
· Brand Representation: Represent Bayut Studios at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in KSA to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
· Manage a team
· Lead, supervise, and support team members to achieve individual and collective goals
· Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Requirements
Qualifications :
- bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- Extensive experience (ideally 7+ years ) in business development or B2B sales within the PropTech, or real estate industry. A proven track record of success in a senior sales/business development role is essential. Experience should include driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals, preferably in sectors like architectural visualization, real estate development, or related creative services
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture, with experience in the KSA real estate or media sector. Prior experience working with or selling to real estate developers is highly desirable. Familiarity with PropTech trends and the real estate development lifecycle is a plus
