About the role
- Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams.
- They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans.
- Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
- We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to launch and scale new bets for acquiring features.

- **What you'll be doing*** Leading the end-to-end business development of new products or services for our Merchant Acquiring department
- Building business cases and modelling to detail the prospective business impact of new initiatives
- Partnering with our Product team to define the go-to-market strategy
- Identifying, approaching, and onboarding large, strategic partners needed to scale the initiative
- Collaborating closely with commercial legal teams to lead negotiations
- Coordinating with Risk and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Building long-term, trust-based relationships with strategic partners
- Executing until project go-live and then owning and optimising performance
- **What you'll need*** 3+ years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, tech startups, or similar high-performance environments
- Determination and grit in getting things done through hard work
- The ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes versus output
- To be an avid and quick learner with a desire to make an impact
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- **Compensation range*** Krakow: PLN12,700 - PLN20,800 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN12,700 - PLN20,800 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
