The Business Development Manager – KSA Projects is responsible for developing and expanding Emerik Valley Recruitment Consultancy Services' business portfolio within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing strategic relationships with employers, securing overseas recruitment projects, and achieving revenue targets by supplying skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower to various industries across KSA.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Saudi recruitment market, employer requirements, and cross-border recruitment processes, while working closely with recruitment operations and international recruitment partners to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development
- Identify and secure new manpower recruitment opportunities across KSA.
- Develop business relationships with Saudi companies, HR leaders, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing leads, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote Emerik Valley's recruitment services.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and recruitment service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Provide recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
- Conduct periodic business review meetings with clients.
Recruitment Project Management
- Coordinate with the recruitment operations team regarding client manpower demands.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
- Monitor recruitment progress from job order confirmation through candidate deployment.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment partners and government-approved agencies where required.
- Follow up on visa processing, mobilization schedules, and deployment timelines.
Market Development
- Conduct market research on manpower demand within KSA.
- Identify target industries and potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Recommend business growth strategies and new market opportunities.
Commercial & Financial Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment cost estimates and pricing proposals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
- Support Finance in resolving payment-related issues with clients.
- Maintain the profitability of recruitment projects.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and business opportunities.
- Update the CRM system and sales pipeline regularly.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.
Compliance
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
- Follow company policies, recruitment ethics, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ensure all client documentation and agreements are properly executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Professional sales or business development certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the overseas recruitment or manpower supply industry.
- Proven experience in developing business with clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Strong network within the Saudi recruitment, construction, facilities management, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling government and private sector recruitment projects is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi manpower recruitment market.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within KSA and internationally when required.
