We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Lead
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Lead to drive growth across public‑sector in the UAE and wider GCC.
This is a consultative, relationship‑led role focused on understanding government challenges, navigating procurement frameworks, and managing complex stakeholder environments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and qualify new opportunities across government and semi‑government sectors
✅ Build and manage a strong public‑sector sales pipeline using CRM tools
✅ Conduct market, policy, and competitor research to support targeting strategies
✅ Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations and tailored proposals
✅ Lead and coordinate RFP, tender, and government procurement responses
✅ Collaborate with internal delivery teams (Monitoring, Research, QA, Flex Labs, PMO) to scope compliant solutions
✅ Support contract negotiations, approvals, and onboarding processes
✅ Track pipeline health, bid outcomes, and revenue forecasts
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory)
Strong experience in public‑sector sales, business development, or partnerships
Proven experience working with government procurement, RFPs, and tenders
Strong ability to engage senior government stakeholders
Demonstrated success in building and converting a sales pipeline
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Familiarity with media intelligence, communications, or government services is a strong advantage
Existing network across UAE or GCC government and semi‑government entities
