Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.

The role involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting sales initiatives.

The team member will communicate with prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing market and customer data, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, and coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive growth.

The role also requires maintaining accurate records in company systems and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer trends, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to support business development and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, engineering- and quality-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or technical sales is an advantage.
