Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role in Dubai for an Executive Personal Assistant.
The role involves providing high-level administrative and personal support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical tasks.
The role also requires maintaining effective communication on behalf of the executive and ensuring the smooth planning and execution of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in basic Clerical Skills, including filing and organizing documentation
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle confidentiality
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role (0–2 years) is required
