Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for providing executive support, managing the daily schedule and communications for the executive, and handling administrative and clerical tasks.
Key responsibilities
include efficient diary management, coordinating meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Proficient in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in similar on-site roles is an advantage
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling tools is preferred
