At this stage, interns will be close to real business problems, daily execution, and cross-functional work across growth, business, operations, product, and design.

This opportunity is for candidates who want to learn business development through direct market exposure. The role gives practical experience in merchant outreach, field visits, relationship building, commercial follow-ups, onboarding, and activation.
The intern will work closely with experienced team members and learn how partnerships are built from the first conversation to real activation.

What We’re Looking For?
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting merchants in person
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build relationships with merchants and business owners
- Strong follow-up, organization, and ownership
- Interest in sales, partnerships, fintech, and startups
- Ability to move conversations forward and support deal closing
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and reach out to potential merchants
- Build and organize merchant lists
- Follow up with potential merchants
- Support merchant onboarding and activation
- Track pipeline progress and next steps
- Prepare simple pitch materials and merchant summaries
