At this stage, interns will be close to real business problems, daily execution, and cross-functional work across growth, business, operations, product, and design.

Key Responsibilities
- Address customer and merchant issues
- Follow up with users who had failed transactions
- Support failed transaction recovery and user conversion
- Track user cases and issue reasons
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve blockers
- Prepare simple updates on cases and conversion progress
