- Comfortable with field visits and daily branch interactions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence speaking with store teams and branch managers
- Strong follow-up, discipline, and reliability
- Interest in field operations, sales enablement, and merchant activation
- Ability to drive action on the ground and keep teams engaged
