Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Dubai.
The intern will support lead generation activities, including identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and assisting in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
The intern will help coordinate with internal teams to respond to client inquiries, follow up on opportunities, and support ongoing customer relationships.
The role also involves participating in meetings, preparing reports on business development activities, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond professionally, and build positive relationships.
- Basic knowledge or interest in Lead Generation and Market Research, including identifying target markets and potential clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with online research tools or CRM systems.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Interest in manufacturing, technical products, and B2B sales will be considered an advantage.
