Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role located in Dubai for an Executive Personal Assistant.
The Executive Personal Assistant will support senior leadership with diary management, executive administrative tasks, personal assistance, and clerical duties.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, assisting with communication, and ensuring the smooth handling of executive tasks and other business or personal errands as required.
Qualifications
- Competence in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
- Strong Communication skills to manage correspondence and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Clerical Skills to handle documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role (up to 2 years)
- Familiarity with office software and tools
