An existing book of business is a plus, but it is not required. We're equally interested in candidates with the drive, discipline, relationship-building skills, and entrepreneurial mindset to build one.

Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout Bay and Gulf Counties

Identify new business opportunities and referral sources

Increase home health admissions

Achieve established monthly sales goals

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan

Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations

Educate referral partners about Concierge Home Care services

Build new referral relationships

Strengthen existing referral partnerships

Coordinate patient transitions from hospitals and facilities to home

Participate in networking events and community outreach

Maintain accurate CRM documentation

Track sales activity and territory performance

Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership

Take ownership of territory growth

RN, LPN, PTA, COTA, or other clinical credentials
