UAE Driving License & Own Vehicle Mandatory
Mélange Digital is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to help expand our presence across Dubai and the UAE.
We are searching for someone confident in face to face sales, comfortable approaching businesses directly, and capable of building strong relationships with decision makers across multiple industries.
This is a field based role focused on generating new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, follow ups, and client acquisition activities across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and commercial areas across Dubai
- Connect with owners, managers, and decision makers
- Present company services and generate interest
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule qualified meetings and opportunities
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in person meetings
- Maintain regular reporting and CRM updates
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Professional and confident attitude
- Comfortable with cold outreach and field sales
- Motivated, disciplined, and target oriented
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred
- Familiarity with the UAE market is an advantage
- Arabic speaking is a plus, not mandatory
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle required
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary
- Performance based commission structure
- 10% commission on the first payment collected from closed clients
- Commissions paid after signed agreement and successful payment collection
- High earning potential for strong performers
Additional Information
- 60 day probation period applies

- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
