About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Schengen visa services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling Schengen visa inquiries, generating sales leads, converting clients, and building long-term customer relationships within the travel and visa consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads for visa services, particularly Schengen visa applications
  • Promote and sell international visa consultancy services to potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
  • Guide clients on Schengen visa procedures, documentation, and application requirements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Upsell travel-related services such as travel insurance, hotel bookings, and flight tickets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth visa application handling
  • Stay updated with Schengen visa regulations and travel requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy, travel sales, or business development
  • Strong knowledge of Schengen visa processes and documentation requirements is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and client relationship management abilities
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience handling Schengen visa applications
  • Experience in travel agency or visa consultancy industry
  • Strong customer service and lead conversion skills
  • Good understanding of international travel and visa markets

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
