Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Riyadh.

The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve growth targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, networking with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience identifying and converting opportunities in technology or related sectors.
  • Business acumen and understanding of digital products and services, including the ability to match client needs with appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Account management capabilities, including maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis for tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
