We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven and client-focused professional with fluency in both Arabic and English to join our team of driven professionals and accelerate our growth in the KSA market.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive at Kliq, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing subscription deals with brands.
This is a high-activity, target-driven role that requires strong field presence across Riyadh, frequent client meetings, and consistent outreach to build and close your pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, meetings, and deal closures.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential brands, showcasing the Kliq platform's value and features.
- Secure and conduct regular in-field client visits and meetings to build strong, credible B2B relationships.
- Understand brand needs and tailor solutions to address their specific marketing objectives.
- Negotiate and close subscription agreements with brands to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records within the CRM system.
- **Work cross-functionally with other teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success).**
Who We Are Looking For
- We are seeking highly motivated, solution-oriented, and client-focused candidates with:
- 2-3 years of proven sales success in Business Development or a related client-facing role, ideally in a commission-driven SaaS or technology environment.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable with rejection in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Motivated by targets, performance, and commission-based earnings.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills in both Arabic and English (a non-negotiable requirement).
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Existing network of brand contacts is a significant advantage.
