About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our recruitment team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting recruitment and staffing services across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in recruitment or staffing industry)
- Strong knowledge of UAE market and hiring trends
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Experience using CRM or ATS systems is an advantage
- UAE driving license is a plus

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 + attractive commission

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
