Eastlake Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC is a fast-growing fit-out company established in 2022 in the UAE.
Despite being a young company, we have built a strong reputation in the market by successfully executing 22+ office fit-out projects in JLT alone, along with several office fit ot projects across mainland UAE.
We have proudly worked with leading clients including M/s Colliers, Al Tayer, and several other reputable organizations in the UAE.
Our focus is on delivering high-quality commercial interior fit-out solutions with professionalism and precision.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Executive / Project Hunter** who can bring in interior fit-out projects (commercial, office, retail, etc.) within the UAE market.
This is a **purely commission-based opportunity** ideal for freelancers, consultants, or well-connected professionals in the construction/interior industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new fit-out projects in UAE
- Generate leads through your professional network and market connections
- Bring direct clients, consultants, or subcontracting opportunities
- Coordinate initial client discussions and project introductions
- Maintain relationships with developers, consultants, and property managers
- Support in closing deals where required
Commission Structure
- Attractive commission: **5% to 10% of total project value** (based on project size and profitability)
- High earning potential for successful project acquisition
- Commission paid upon project confirmation and/or milestone terms (to be agreed)
Requirements
- Strong network in UAE construction / interior fit-out industry
- Proven ability to bring in commercial fit-out projects
- Experience dealing with consultants, developers, or corporate clients
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Freelancers and independent business developers are welcome
