Overview
Business Development Executive (F&B Leasing / Expansion) / Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented individual to identify and secure new locations for our café brand.
This is a field-based, deal-driven role focused on generating opportunities, opening doors, and delivering ready-to-close deals for management.
**Salary Range:** AED 3,000 – 6,000 + commission
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new business opportunities, including:
- Pop-ups
- Mall kiosks
- Retail shops
- Seasonal locations
- Proactively approach and build strong relationships with:
- Mall leasing teams
- Landlords and property owners
- Event organizers and venue operators
- Professionally present and position the brand to secure meetings and partnership opportunities
- Generate and submit qualified leads with complete details, including:
- Location information
- Size and format (kiosk, shop, pop-up)
- Commercial terms (rent or revenue share)
- Key contact person
- Conduct initial discussions and pre-negotiate basic terms before escalating to management
- Maintain and manage a consistent weekly pipeline of potential locations
Role Nature
This is **not an administrative or office-based role**.
It requires strong field presence, networking skills, and a proactive, deal-closing mindset.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
