About You Smart

Key Responsibilitiesbusiness Development

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
• Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Visit villas, offices, warehouses, retail shops, and construction sites.
• Build long-term relationships with property owners, consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
• Attend client meetings and conduct site visits.

Sales & Lead Generation

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct visits.
• Promote the company's Smart Home and ELV solutions.
• Generate qualified sales leads.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide excellent after-sales support.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients.

Market Research

• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Collect market intelligence.
• Recommend new products and services based on customer demand.

Sales Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of:
• Daily customer visits
• Sales pipeline
• Quotations submitted
• Follow-up activities
• Orders received
• Monthly sales performance
• Customer database updates
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE outdoor sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in Smart Home, ELV, CCTV, Security Systems, IT, Construction, MEP, or Building Technology is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Driving License

• Valid UAE Driving License is **preferred**.
• Company vehicle will be provided for business-related activities (subject to company policy).

Compensation & Benefits
