Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing (Female)
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in Qatar, preferably in Oil & Gas
- Knowledge of manpower supply in oil & gas industry
- History of meeting sales goals and leading teams.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Salary: shall be discussed upon interview
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Meet HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to understand their staffing needs.
- Pitch manpower solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and contract staffing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into active opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.
- Maintain and update records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
