About This Role
Job Summary
We are urgently hiring an experienced HSE Officer for a project in Dukhan, Qatar.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental procedures within Oil & Gas projects and should hold valid QatarEnergy approval and ePTW certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and QatarEnergy safety standards
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor work activities and ensure safe work practices are followed
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations
- Verify work permits and ensure compliance with ePTW requirements
- Maintain HSE documentation and reports
- Promote a strong safety culture at the worksite
Requirements
- Valid QatarEnergy Approval mandatory
- Valid ePTW Card mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of Oil & Gas HSE experience preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Knowledge of PTW systems, hazard identification, and risk assessment
- Immediate availability preferred
