Business Development Executive – Lead Generation (Inventory & Retail Solutions)
About This Role
Role Objective
We are looking for a highly driven individual to generate leads and open doors with retail, warehouse, and logistics companies across the UAE. This is a pure hunting role focused on bringing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1 Identify and approach potential clients in retail, warehouses, and healthcare
2 Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits
3 Generate qualified leads and book meetings
4 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
5 Coordinate meetings with senior management
6 Maintain CRM / lead tracking
Requirements
2–5 years UAE experience in retail, logistics, or B2B services
Strong communication skills English and Arabic Mandatory
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
Existing network is a strong advantage
Self-motivated and target-driven
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
