The Landscape Engineer will ensure high-quality design, effective implementation, and timely delivery of softscape and hardscape works in line with project requirements and industry standards.
Design Responsibilities
- Prepare landscape design drawings, master plans, detailed layouts, and technical specifications.
- Develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions for softscape and hardscape.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to finalize design concepts.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material selection aligned with project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and environmental sustainability practices.
Build / Execution Responsibilities
- Oversee site implementation of approved landscape designs.
- Supervise construction activities including hardscape, irrigation, and planting works.
- Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and workmanship.
- Prepare progress reports, site inspections, and snag lists.
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for materials, plants, and equipment.
General Duties
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and government authorities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, tenders, and presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
