About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Executive with a proven track record in Facility Management**.
The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts, excellent client acquisition skills, and the ability to close large-scale service contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in Integrated facility management.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close long-term contracts and **Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)**.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- **Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Business Development for Integrated Facility Management.**
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing service contracts.
- Strong understanding of AMC, tendering, and bidding processes.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**
- **UAE driving license is a must.**
