Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jeddah.

The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop a strong sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads across the food service and retail sectors.

Responsibilities

include building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, managing accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

The role involves preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.

The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and revenue growth, while providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, preferably within food distribution, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong Account Management and client relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Business principles, commercial negotiations, and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional email writing, and effective presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage pipelines, reports, and presentations.
  • Valid eligibility to work on-site in Jeddah and flexibility to travel within the Kingdom
