Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive fluent in German and English to expand our presence in German-speaking markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in German-speaking regions (DACH market)
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in German and English
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule and lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 preferred) and strong command of English
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Proven track record of lead generation and closing deals
- Experience working with international clients or markets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or service-based industries
- Understanding of sales funnels and outbound strategies
- Experience in B2B sales and international market expansion
