Exit Factor is a business consulting firm. Our passion is helping small to medium size businesses increase their profit, efficiency, and value of their business to prepare for the sale of the company in the future. We do this through business valuations, 1:1 consulting, and online programs. We work with companies between $0 - $30 million in revenue across the United States in various industries.

In the United States there are over 33.1 million businesses within our targeted market. Business owners will exit their company once, and 95% are not ready when the time comes. Exit Factor exists to fix that. It grew out of Transworld Business Advisors, the world's largest business brokerage.

The Costa Mesa office is new, and the first location in Orange County, CA. We are looking for a couple of professionals who want to be here at the start and put the Exit Factor name on the map in Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley. If you are in the business of building, read on.

You open the door. You will be at the ground Floor of a fast growing national and international brand. You build trusted relationships with established business owners and guide them through our Business Valuation & Growth Assessment. Our certified consultants then lead the long-term advisory engagement. You focus on what top relationship sellers do best: finding the right owners, earning their trust, and getting them their first clear look at what their business is worth.

- Source and develop relationships with business owners through your network, events, direct outreach and referral partners (CPAs, attorneys, wealth advisors, bankers, business brokers)

- Lead discovery conversations that uncover the owner's goals, risks and timeline

- Close Business Valuation & Growth Assessments and coordinate delivery with our consulting team

- Stay connected to clients you bring in as they move into consulting engagements

- 5+ years selling high-value, relationship-centric services: wealth management, M&A or business brokerage, commercial banking, insurance, B2B advisory or similar

- Well connected and respected in the Orange County business community

- Comfortable discussing money, succession and legacy with business owners

- Self-directed, and consultative

- CEPA, CFP, CPA or M&A experience is a plus
