Business Consultant

What you'll do

• You'll generate your own pipeline from your existing network and your own prospecting. You'll meet with business owners, uncover their goals, and enroll them as Exit Factor clients. Then you'll deliver 1:1 consulting sessions using the Exit Factor system. You'll own the relationship from first conversation to final engagement.
• Who we're looking for
• At least 3 years in business consulting, coaching, B2B sales, financial services, or a similar field where you built and closed your own pipeline.
• An existing network of business owners or referral sources you can reach out to in your first 30 days.
• A track record of earning on commission or running your own practice.
• Prior business ownership is a strong plus. Former owners are often our most successful consultants because they've lived the challenges our clients face.
• Comfortable selling a high-value professional service by phone and in person.
• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline, follow-up and client delivery.
• Motivated by clear goals and honest feedback.

• How you're paid
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-only plus a share of the revenue you manage. There is no base pay. Earnings depend entirely on the clients you bring in and serve.
