About The Role

Tetr is looking for a highly driven individual to build and manage industry partnerships across India and Dubai.

In this role, you'll engage with startups, scale-ups, and leading enterprises to create internship opportunities, live projects, mentorship programs, and industry experiences for students.

This role combines business development, partnerships, stakeholder management, and program execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with startups, corporates, and industry leaders.
  • Own the complete partnership lifecycle—from outreach and pitching to onboarding and relationship management.
  • Create internship, placement, mentorship, and industry exposure opportunities for students.
  • Organize networking events, workshops, speaker sessions, and career-focused initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful student experiences.
  • Track partnership pipelines and drive measurable outcomes.

What We'Re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Career Services, or Employer Relations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
  • Experience in startups, SaaS, EdTech, or consulting is a plus.
