B Creative is a Dubai-based exhibition stand design and build company specializing in custom stands, event displays, POSM, and interior fit-outs.
We help brands stand out through creative design and high-quality execution.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the exhibition industry in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and converting opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, and retail sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with the design team
- Prepare proposals and follow up to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in exhibition stands sales
- Proven track record in sales/business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- UAE driving license preferred
