About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for branding, advertising, events, exhibitions, and client relationship management, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across branding, advertising, retail, events, exhibitions, and production sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, production houses, vendors, and brand teams.
- Generate leads through networking, meetings, market research, and direct outreach.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and client pitches.
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage projects from briefing stage to execution and final delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, printers, and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, production capabilities, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Full-time availability in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Own car is mandatory.
- Experience in events, branding, advertising, exhibitions, or related industries is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Preferred Skills
- Existing client and vendor network within the UAE market.
- Experience in handling corporate and FMCG clients.
- Understanding of production materials, POSM, retail branding, fabrication, and execution processes is a plus.
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
