About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, SMEs, and corporate partners
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels
Present and promote company services to potential clients with confidence and clarity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments in the UAE
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an accounting, audit, or tax consultancy firm
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Established network of business contacts in the UAE is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Preferred Skills
Client acquisition and retention strategies
CRM and sales pipeline management
Strong commercial awareness
