Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., IT, finance, real estate, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies
- Strong networking skills
Salary
3000 AED per month
Additional incentives/commission based on performance (if applicable)

Work Environment
Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings
May involve flexible hours depending on client needs
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per hour
