Overview
Evox is a dynamic branding agency that partners with businesses to craft bold identities, impactful strategies, and powerful brand experiences.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and representing Evox through clear communication, storytelling, and persuasive presentations.
This role is focused on understanding client needs and confidently presenting ideas and solutions to position Evox as a leader in branding and creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, supporting ongoing account growth.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches and tailored proposals to present Evox’s capabilities and solutions.
- Confidently present ideas, strategies, and creative solutions to clients and stakeholders in a structured and persuasive manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating deliverables and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and project teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Actively follow up on leads, opportunities, and tenders to ensure continued engagement and progress.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, client interactions, and market insights.
- Support discussions on contracts and agreements with a focus on clarity and long-term relationships.
- Consistently contribute to achieving business growth objectives and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging branding opportunities.
- Contribute to refining Evox’s service offerings based on client feedback, project outcomes, and market demand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, client servicing, or account management within a branding, creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently articulate ideas and influence decision-makers through clarity and structure.
- A proactive, consultative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
