Business Development Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate opportunities with corporate clients, government organizations, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
• Build relationships with HR, learning and development, procurement, and other decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers; negotiate terms and close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with Training Operations on program delivery.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; monitor industry trends, competitors, and training needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of business development or corporate training sales experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate training, professional certifications, and learning and development services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• An existing corporate client and decision-maker network is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
