About This Role
Overview
We are hiring a **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to drive sales of office spaces in our commercial building projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for office space Rentals
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inquiries
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office units
- Arrange and conduct site visits with potential clients
- Present property features and negotiate deals
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Update CRM and maintain sales records
Sales Activities
- Daily outbound calling to prospective clients
- Handling inbound leads professionally
- Scheduling meetings and site visits
- Consistent follow-ups to convert leads into sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Presentable with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus
