**Salary:** As per experience + monthly target-based bonus
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive / Telecaller** for our audit, accounting and tax consultancy firm in Dubai.
The candidate should have good communication skills, experience in calling leads, following up with prospects, explaining services, and converting inquiries into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and explain our company services.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed clients.
- Maintain proper record of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and client conversion targets.
- Support the company in marketing activities and business development.
- Services to Promote:
- Audit services
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- VAT advisory and filing
- Corporate Tax registration and filing
- Tax consultancy
- Business setup support
- Other finance and compliance services
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales/telecalling experience in UAE or Dubai market.
- Experience in audit, accounting, tax, business setup, banking, insurance, real estate or consultancy sales will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam/Tagalog will be an added advantage.
- Must be confident in calling and converting leads.
- Should be target-oriented and disciplined.
- Basic knowledge of UAE business market will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow up regularly.
& Incentive Structure
Fixed salary will be based on experience.
Monthly bonus will be given based on achieved sales target.
Example
- If monthly sales target achieved: Bonus applicable
- If target exceeded: Additional incentive applicable
- Higher conversion \= higher earning potential
