Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in corporate gifting to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through creative gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized gifting and branding solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and quotations to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the design, sourcing, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends and innovative gifting ideas.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate gifting or B2B sales.
- Strong network and understanding of corporate client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
