Generate leads, close deals, and manage end-to-end B2B sales for UAE company formation, licensing, visas, and business consulting services.

Responsibilities
- Build a qualified sales database through research, networking, cold calling, outbound activity, events, and client engagement.
- Target at least five qualified leads and one successful deal closure per working day.
- Conduct outbound calls, timely follow-ups, and lead conversion activities.
- Meet individual and departmental revenue and closure targets.
- Manage prospecting, client meetings, pitches, proposals, negotiation, closure, and handover to accounts and operations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, agreements, and contracts, obtaining management approvals.
- Maintain client relationships and send post-meeting follow-up emails summarizing discussions and outcomes.
- Update CRM, lead trackers, and sales dashboards; deliver daily updates, weekly reports, and monthly sales presentations.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and business forums.
Requirements and qualifications
- 1–3 years of UAE experience in business setup, corporate services, or B2B sales is mandatory.
- Proven lead-generation and deal-closing track record.
- Strong cold-calling, pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong English communication; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and lead trackers.
- Any graduate qualification; sales or business development background preferred.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
