As part of our continued expansion in the Kingdom, we are seeking a

Business Development Executive

to support our growth by building strategic relationships, generating opportunities, and developing a robust pipeline across the Saudi market.

  • You will play a key role in:
  • Identifying and engaging target clients across Banking, Government, and Enterprise sectors
  • Generating and managing a structured pipeline of opportunities
  • Supporting the growth of Projactive’s consulting and transformation services
  • Strengthening Projactive’s presence in the Saudi market
  • This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a strategic business development professional within a high-value consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors (Banking, Government, Enterprise)
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct proactive lead generation activities through networking, events, outreach, and relationship development
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Support proposal coordination and opportunity progression
  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming initiatives, tenders, and RFP opportunities
  • Support the positioning of Projactive’s consulting, governance, and transformation capabilities within the market

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Background in consulting, IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology environments
  • Experience in selling services or solutions (not only products)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Professional presence with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured environment
  • Exposure to sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Enterprise
  • Familiarity with consulting services, PMO, Governance, Cloud, or Transformation environments is highly preferred
  • Experience supporting bids, proposals, or client engagements is an advantage
