Role Description
We are seeking a proactive
Business Development Executive
to drive growth and secure impactful projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
This is a technical sales role where you will leverage our factory-direct capabilities to provide solutions for outdoor structures, premium architectural metalwork, and structural steel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Contractors, Architects, and Developers.
- Generate high-quality leads and secure project inquiries (RFQs).
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and project managers.
- Collaborate with our in-house production and design teams to ensure alignment with client specifications.
- Enhance market presence by promoting our unique "integrated coating" advantage.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Industry Expertise:**
- Proven experience in New Business Development within the UAE construction or metalwork sector.
- **Technical Literacy:**
- Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings and discuss material specifications (Steel, Aluminum, Glass).
- **Market Strategy:**
- Proficiency in market analysis to identify high-value projects and maintain competitiveness.
- **Communication:**
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills; ability to build trust through engineering excellence and transparency.
- **Drive:**
- Proactive and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related Engineering field preferred.
- **Mobility:**
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- ; willingness to travel to client sites and project locations across the region.
- **Network:**
- Existing connections within the UAE construction and fit-out industry is highly advantageous.
