Business Development Executive (Branding Agency)

About This Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping position Evox as a leader in branding and creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and market research.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, supporting ongoing account growth.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches and tailored proposals to win new accounts
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating deliverables and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and project teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Actively follow up on leads, opportunities, and tenders to ensure conversions.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, balancing profitability with long-term client relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging branding opportunities.
• Contribute to refining Evox’s service offerings based on client feedback, project outcomes, and market demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a branding, creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A target-driven, go-getter mindset with the ability to close deals.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while delivering results under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
